Lynn is a UKCP-registered Integrative psychotherapist with extensive experience of working in private practice and institutional settings, including:

  • The Clinic for Dissociative Studies
  • South West London & St George’s Eating Disorders Service
  • The Priory Roehampton
  • Huntercombe Maidenhead Hospital

Since 2003, Lynn has acted as consultant psychotherapist for some 50 television production companies on over 175 series and individual programmes. In this capacity, she provides psychological assessments and on-going support and advice both to contributors and the production team. She also provides training for crews filming difficult or vulnerable individuals.

Lynn teaches and writes on a range of professional topics and edited Violent Adolescents (pub. Karnac Books). Lynn was quoted extensively in a article in The Times on self-harm and acts as a consultant to various television companies producing programmes on eating disorders, self-destructive behaviour and similar issues. She has been interviewed for an American film exploring youth offending and by the Australian programme, 60 Minutes, on dissociative identity disorder.

Before qualifying, she spent over ten years in marketing and corporate communications consultancy. She is also a performed playwright.
